Academic Testing
Purpose of Testing Services
The department of Disability and Testing Services administers course exams for students with a documented disability approved through Disability Services and ensures appropriate testing accommodations are provided.
Testing Services also provides students the opportunity to receive credit in areas of demonstrated academic proficiency through credit by exam. These exams are provided in cooperation with the university registrar and respective academic departments. Credit by exams offered are CLEP (College Level Examination Program) and FLATS (Foreign Language Achievement Testing Service through Brigham Young University) program.

- ACT Residual Assessment (Institutional use only)
- CLEP (Credit by Exam)
- Foreign Language Achievement Testing (Credit by Exam)

All services, tests, and results are strictly confidential in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. Disclosure of information cannot be made without a client's/examinee's written consent.
