There's no substitute for a campus tour.

Once you get here, you’ll know why. The majority of our students say they knew UMHB was home when they stepped foot on campus.

UMHB’s beautiful campus greets you with small-town hospitality and big school opportunities. While you’re here for a visit, you will meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor, learn about financial aid, and get a taste of the UMHB experience. We hope to see you in Belton, where you’ll discover what makes UMHB so special!

Campus Visit Scholarship

Undergraduate students entering fall 2025 or later will receive a $3,000 tuition-based Campus Visit Scholarship if they attend a Cru Kickoff, Sader Day, or individual tour from September 1 to May 1. If you travel more than 120 miles to campus and have airline, car rental, or hotel expenses, you may have up to $500 of your expenses reimbursed after your UMHB classes start.

Graduate School

If you're interested in pursuing a graduate degree, we highly encourage you to visit as well. Campus tours last approximately one hour to allow you to become familiar with the campus, and meet one-on-one with the program director.

Grad School Visit

UMHB is one of a kind; there isn’t a place like this anywhere in the world! You feel it the moment you set foot on campus.”

More opportunities to visit

Admissions offers several opportunities to visit campus throughout the year. Cru Kickoff is an opportunity for students to experience a Cru Football game and a campus tour on the same day. Sader Days are one-day group visits.
