Scholarships
Students who enter the United States on an F1 student visa and enroll in full-time hours counting for degree credit at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor are eligible for the International Student scholarship. The scholarship is awarded as a tuition and fees credit of $1000 per semester. Students who are enrolled full-time in degree credit hours and maintain good academic status will be awarded the scholarship. Awards are reviewed on a semester-by-semester basis. If a student fails to maintain good academic status, the scholarship will not be awarded in future semesters until the student regains good academic status. Please see the university catalog for definitions of “good academic standing” as they apply to undergraduate or graduate enrollment.
Undergraduate students may receive the scholarship for a maximum of 10 semesters. Graduate students may receive the scholarship for a maximum of 6 semesters.
International Honors Scholarship
Undergraduate international students who are first-time college students on the F1 visa will be awarded the scholarship, which is awarded in the amount of US $3,750 each semester the student is enrolled full-time and maintains good academic standing. The scholarship can be awarded for a maximum of eight semesters.
International Graduate Student Scholarship
International students on the F1 visa are awarded a $1000 per semester scholarship during semesters of full-time enrollment and good academic standing.
