Master of Education

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor offers individuals the opportunity to maintain a full-time career while earning a Master of Education degree. Two tracks of study are offered. Students may focus on Educational Administration or Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to earning a graduate degree, students can fulfill requirements for professional Texas educator certifications.

The Educational Administration program provides students the opportunity to complete coursework leading to Texas principal certification while earning a graduate degree in approximately one year. The Curriculum and Instruction program enables students to fulfill requirements leading to Texas teaching certification or to prepare for other roles in public education leadership while earning a graduate degree in approximately one year.

The Master of Education programs represent a strategic and intentional effort by the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor to shape the hearts and minds of the professionals serving in our educational institutions. Students from a variety of locations and backgrounds collaborate in a Christian learning environment. Through this program, students will receive the mentoring and professional skills needed to move their career forward.
