The Men's Head basketball Coach Clif Carroll at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, is rumored to be released from his position at the end of the 2024-25 basketball season.
The decision was reported late last night after Hoopsville, the longest running division three basketball show, reported the decision to let Coach Carroll go. This news was also confirmed by Tru to The Cru.
The UMHB Sports Information Department was contacted for this story but declined to comment about the reports at this time. However, Sarah Harborth said, “Coach Carroll and our team are working hard to prepare for the conference tournament, and we are excited to cheer them on in that this weekend.”
Coach Carroll is currently 98-33 (14-10 this season) as the Head Coach of the Men's Basketball team. Their next game will be against LeTourneau University in the conference tournament this Friday.
