The Spiritual Life Department organizes several events each year. Check them out below or visit us in the Bawcom Student Union to learn more about how you can get involved!
ONE
ONE is an intentional effort to demonstrate Christian unity in diversity. Organized by a group of local college pastors, these dynamic worship gatherings are a forum to act out togetherness in the Gospel—one body and one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all (Ephesians 4:4-6). The dates for 2024-2025 are September 11, 2024 and February 12, 2025.
Missions Emphasis Weekend (September 26-28, 2024)
MEW promotes global awareness, relationships, opportunities, and service. Come and hang out with missionaries and find out what is happening around the world and how you can be a part of it.

Psalms (January 17-18, 2025)
An annual spiritual development conference event open to all women of UMHB that integrates worship, a speaker, and small groups. Registration is projected to open on October 5.
Revival (March 31-April 2, 2025)
UMHB hosts its 26th annual student-organized spring revival event outdoors in the Quad. UMHB students, faculty, and staff as well as guests and visitors from the community are encouraged to attend.

The Big Event (April 5, 2025)
The Big Event is a Saturday set aside in the spring for the UMHB community to serve Bell County. Teams deploy to numerous service sites around the county. All faculty, staff, and students are invited to participate.
