Do not submit a work order online for the items listed below. For these issues, contact your RA or RD directly.

• Water leaks
• Lost or stolen keys
  • Bent or broken keys - submit a work order online
• Anything that creates an unsafe condition in your space, such as
  • Door to room/apartment won’t close properly or lock
  • Smell of burning material/evidence of smoke
