Visitor Information
The UMHB Police Department welcomes you to our campus. We ask that all visitors come to the Police Department in suite 107 of the Mabee Student Success Center, 905 Moore St to pick up a visitor parking permit. By obtaining a visitor's parking pass, you can assist our department in meeting its goal of maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
The following information is required for a temporary parking pass:
- Driver's license number
- License plate
- Make, model, and color of your vehicle
- Length of your visit
If you come to campus after normal business hours, you are welcome to call our officer on duty at (254) 295-5555 and they will meet you at the Police Department to issue you a parking pass.
Visitor Parking
As a guest to our campus you are welcome to park in visitor parking spaces or the yellow lined student parking spaces. Make sure your temporary parking pass is hung from your rearview mirror facing forward so our officers can easily identify that your are a visitor with us.
Citation Received While Visiting
A visitor's first citation may be considered a warning, and will be dismissed if you advise the campus police of your visitor status. To aid us in voiding your citation, please complete our Citation Dismissal form, and we will dismiss the ticket.
