Requesting Media Services
- Initiate event scheduling with Event Services.
- If there is a sound or audio/visual component to your event, make sure to check the A/V Equipment box in EMS.
- Once your event is confirmed, we will send a survey to you requesting specific details.
- If further details are needed, a Media Services Technician will contact you. If you need to make changes to your A/V needs, email us at mediaservices@umhb.edu.
