Danny Taylor taught for many, many years at the Alamogordo Branch of New Mexico State University - a comprehensive, two-year, branch community college in southern New Mexico - prior to moving here in 2002. As his first year at UMHB was coming to a close in April of 2003, the Student Government Association presented him with its Faculty of the Year Award. Professor Taylor has traveled with students on international trips on three occasions: as a chaperone to Costa Rica in March of 2010; as a leader to Canada in March of 2011; and as a co-leader to Europe in March of 2014.
