Dr. Colin Wilborn

Colin is currently Executive Dean of the Mayborn College of Health Sciences and Professor of Physical Therapy at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Colin has published over 200 peer reviewed articles, abstracts, and book chapters on the effects of sport supplements and exercise on body composition, metabolism, and performance. Colin’s professional and personal interests are the effects resistance training and sport nutrition on health, body composition, and performance. Colin is on the Board of Directors for the National Strength and Conditioning Association.Colin has been married to his wife Andra for 21 years and have a 12 year old daughter Ainsley and a 9 year old son Cameron. Andra and Colin are members of First Baptist Church of Belton.
