Dean's Welcome

Welcome to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Office of Research website. The university values on-going research opportunities for both faculty and students. The Office of Research focuses on creating, supporting and enhancing research initiatives across campus.

As a dean, faculty member and researcher I have invested years in research primarily within the field of exercise physiology. As a result, I have experienced the successes of research as it continually contributes to our academic community at UMHB and globally.

The Research Committee exists to aid the interests across campus, and to continually provide new opportunities for additional study in all disciplines in order to enhance our campus community at large. I hope you will take the time to view highlighted research within each college at the university. Please feel welcome to meet with myself or a research committee member to increase your knowledge of this necessary and enlightening learning methodology.
