Belton, Texas – On Saturday, November 11, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor will host Military Appreciation Day in Crusader Stadium on the UMHB campus. Military Appreciation Day is an annual tradition that draws hundreds of soldiers and their families from across Central Texas. Activities throughout the game will pay tribute to members of the military.
Soldiers and their families will enter through Gate 2 of the stadium, where they will each receive free admission and vouchers for free hotdogs and a drinks.
Saturday’s contest marks the CRU’s tenth and final home game of the regular season. They will be facing off with the Tigers of East Texas Baptist University. Should the reigning National Champions best ETBU, the team would clinch another outright American Southwest Conference championship. Kickoff for Saturday’s game is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Crusader Stadium will open at 11:30 a.m.
