The CESG Department has spacious, modern laboratories. Separate labs are available for:
- Freshman and Pre-Nursing Courses
- Biochemistry
- Instrumental Analysis
- Organic Chemistry
- Physical Chemistry
- Quantitative Analysis
- Research
Classrooms in the Wells Science Hall and the York Science Center are equipped for electronic instruction. Through an outstanding collection of well-maintained instruments, the Department allows students to become proficient in the operation of the following analytical instruments:
- Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer
- Fourier Transform Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer
- Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometer
with Temperature Controller - Mass Spectrometer
- Gas Chromatograph
