Goals

There are three overarching goals of the program:

• Promote a student-centered culture and excellence in public health education through an engaging and innovative educational environment.

• Improve health equity with an emphasis on social determinants of health and cultural competence through faculty and student scholarship.

• Involve students and faculty in service experiences that improve the overall health and well-being of individuals and communities locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.
