Matriculation Steps for Accepted Students

• Pay $500 seat deposit here: https://mycampus.umhb.edu/ICS/...
• Join the Class of 2027 Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/495003789615474
  
• Official transcripts showing degree and prerequisite completion to CASPA as soon as they are completed
• Submit FAFSA for 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 years as soon as possible
• Submit all Castlebranch requirements (background check, immunizations/titers, HIPAA/OSHA courses, health insurance)
  • Start collecting this information as soon as possible
  • You will be asked to turn this information in approximately 2-3 months before matriculation
  • Immunization/titer requirements can be found here

• Secure housing

• Submit information for CruCard (student ID card) between November 15th and January 1st: www.umhb.edu/crucardpic
• Submit information for parking pass between November 15th and January 1st: www.umhb.edu/vehicledecal
