On Campus Housing Program

UMHB offers Graduate Housing for Spring, Summer, and Fall terms.

Information for Graduate 2025-2026 Residents

All graduate housing will be placed in Building 3 of the College View Apartment complex. This complex offers 1 bedroom single occupancy apartment spaces. UMHB only offers same-gender assigned housing. Married or family housing is not provided at this time.

The Fall New Housing Application is now open. Interested students must complete the appropriate process through admissions and pay the housing ($150) deposit before room assignments are made. The $150 housing deposit will be refunded to the student in good standing at the end of the housing contract.

Session Dates

The costs outlined below will apply to all graduate housing.

• Spring Semester: PA January 13 – May 9, 2025 PT January 13 - May 2, 2025
• Summer Semester: PA May 19 – August 1, 2025 PT May 12 - July 25, 2025
• Fall Semester: PA August 11 - November 28, 2025 PT August 11 - November 28, 2025

• UMHB reserves the right to reassign residents if needed.
• Your housing charge will appear on your student account statement and be subject to the terms and conditions associated with your tuition and fee charges. Unless you have enrolled in a payment plan, housing charges are due prior to the start of the semester.
• A late payment fee of $50 is assessed each month until account is paid in full or student is administratively withdrawn.

Check In Locations

• College View Apts: Complex Office – Front Entry

During the Interim: the time between semesters. The apartments will be only available to students with Fall & Spring housing assignment. No additional charge assessed.

• Check-In: Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm
• PT Check Out: Saturday, May 3, 2025 by 6 pm
• PA Check Out: Saturday, May 10, 2025 by 6 pm

Summer Semester

• PT Check-In: Sunday, May 11, 2025 by 6 pm
• PA Check-In: Sunday, May 18, 2025 by 6 pm
• PT Check Out: Saturday, August 2, 2025 by 6 pm
• PA Check Out: Sunday, July 26, 2025 by 6 pm

Fall Semester

• PT Check-In: Sunday, August 10, 2025 by 6 pm
