Graduate Admissions
Admissions Requirements
Applicants must submit:
1. Application for Graduate Admissions The Application for Graduate Admissions is available online. No action will be taken on any application until the $35 application fee has been submitted.
2. Official Transcripts Official transcripts from each college previously attended must be sent directly from the institution to UMHB Graduate Admissions. Even though courses taken at one institution are noted on another college's transcript, applicants must submit transcripts from each institution attended.
3. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) The GRE/GMAT must be taken and official scores reported if you are applying to the Master of Arts in Counseling program and your cumulative undergraduate GPA is below 3.0. The GRE/GMAT is not required for other programs. Learn more information on the GRE.
4. Admissions Documents Submit ALL admissions documents to the Graduate Admissions Office, at the address below. Any documents, aside from official transcripts, may be uploaded into your application portal after your application is submitted.
