Business Programs - Earn a Business Degree
The McLane College of Business offers the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in eleven different areas of emphasis (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, International Business, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Small Business, Supply Chain Management, and Multimedia & Information Technology). The college also offers three master's degree programs: Master of Science in Accounting, Master of Science in Information Systems, and Master of Business Administration. Students from other majors may choose to minor in one of the undergraduate disciplines to expand their knowledge of business. All of these programs approach business as a Christian calling, emphasizing the importance of leadership, service, and ethical business practices.
The programs of the McLane College of Business are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, with the exception of several newly introduced programs: the Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Management; the undergraduate programs in Entrepreneurship & Small Business and Supply Chain Management; and the undergraduate minor in Social Enterprises. Any graduates from these programs prior to eligibility will be grandfathered in graduating from the accredited program when the process is complete.

Business Administration Emphasis
Students not pursuing a major or minor in the McLane College of Business may pursue a 12-hour Business Administration Emphasis. The emphasis may be helpful to students who are not business majors or minors but who intend to pursue careers in the business sector after graduation. Non-business students who do not intend to pursue careers in the business sector could also benefit from the emphasis because it evidences a greater familiarity with the administrative (or “business”) functions of education, charitable, governmental, scientific, and other non-business enterprises.
